Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and username. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

Wallet Information: We store your Solana wallet address for trade execution. We never store, transmit, or have access to your private keys or seed phrases.

Trade Data: We record your trading activity — tokens traded, amounts, execution prices, and timestamps — to provide the service and improve our algorithms.

Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage statistics (page views, feature usage, error reports) through Cloudflare's analytics infrastructure.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to operate the MemePulse platform: authenticate your account, execute trades through Jupiter DEX, display your dashboard and trade history, and improve our AI trading brain.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your trade data with third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Third-Party Services

MemePulse integrates with the following third-party services:

• WRID (WhosReal ID) — Identity and authentication. Your WRID account handles passkey authentication, MFA, and session management. WRID never has access to your trading data or wallet. whosreal.me
• Jupiter DEX — Solana swap aggregation. Trades execute through Jupiter's API. Jupiter's privacy policy applies to the swap transaction.
• Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, DDoS protection, and edge SSL. Cloudflare processes request metadata (IP address, browser fingerprint) for security purposes.
• FoundationOS — Sovereign infrastructure platform providing the edge network, process management, and governance layer that MemePulse operates on.
• Solana RPC — Blockchain data access. Your wallet address and transaction signatures are visible on the Solana blockchain, which is public by design.

Data Retention

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Trade history in the append-only ledger is anonymized after account deletion. Backups are retained for 30 days then purged.

Your Rights

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice.
